Intruder Alarm Monitoring

Our alarm receiving centre receives activations of burglar alarms and intruder security systems within seconds. Once received, our agents execute the defined escalation plan. Depending on your chosen options, we can notify the property owner, inform the emergency services or route to a keyholder or rapid responder. We can even patch into the CCTV system and verify the cause of the activation before escalation. 

CCTV Monitoring

Any CCTV system with IMMIXcompatible DVR/NVR can be seamlessly connected to our alarm receiving centre. Upon activation, the consistent, high-definition video is available for our SIA/ACS certified agents to review locally. We can switch between live feed and recorded footage to determine the cause of the activation and the present situation on site. We’re able to cycle through all connected cameras to ensure accurate analysis and we can also utilise <<AI analytics tools>> for additional confirmation. Following review, our agents execute the defined escalation plan, which can include engagement with the business manager, property owner, <<emergency services>, assigned <<keyholder>, or local <<rapid responder>. 

Access control and out of hours service 

Businesses increasingly depend on 24/7 site access for deliveries and collections. Our enhanced CCTV logistics services include <<Concierge>> and <<Driver Minder>, which allow our agents to verify the identity of the visiting courier or driver and, if they meet the defined criteria, provide temporary access to approved areas of the site for delivery or collection. Use of these services significantly reduces the burden on business owners to be present on site or require security staff to remain on site 24/7. 

AI video analytics and testing tools

Both systems are well integrated into our alarm receiving centre, ensuring consistent connection and effective analysis of CCTV feeds, minimising false alarms and business disruption. 

CheckMyCCTV and Calipsa are included as standard on all new CCTV monitoring contracts, ensuring consistently effective video analytics and additional peace of mind. 

Keyholding and rapid response services 

Through our partnerships with <<The Keyholding Company>> and <<RSPNDR>, we provide multiple choices for rapid response to site following an alarm activation. The Keyholding Company is an established provider of professional keyholding agents who can visit and inspect sites to review the cause of the activation and escalate accordingly, or ensure the site is safely secured and the alarms reset. RSPNDR is an intuitive mobile app that immediately notifies the property owner that an alarm has been activated and dispatches the closest certified security agent to site. The small monthly subscription includes two free site visits a year and if a guard fails to arrive within 30 minutes from dispatch, any costs for that visit are refunded. 

Employee welfare and safeguarding services 

We offer enhanced CCTV services including <<Video Escort>, which allows our trained agents to observe sites and ensure safe entry to secure sites for employees, guarding against tailgating or criminal coercion. <<SafeZone>> is a powerful mobile application that can connect remote workers to a central control centre and send alerts in case of injury or emergency. It can also be used at an enterprise level to report suspicious activity or harassment, help evacuate buildings in emergencies, and locate employees when reported missing. 

Business efficiency services 

Our <<Video Tours>> service protects businesses over extended periods of closure without requiring visits to site or additional resource costs. We patch into the CCTV feed at regular intervals and ensure there’s been no criminal activity, power cuts or pipe ruptures that might damage the building. <<Intruder Verification>> confirms the cause of alarm activations, reducing any disruption caused by a false alarm. Our Alarm Receiving Centre is NSI Gold-approved and connected to the ECHO networkso unlike many monitoring services, we can directly contact the emergency services when the conditions are met to do so. Our capabilities provide the highest level of protection and peace of mind for end users.
